Crust-less Pizza

This crust-less pizza is full of flavor and is perfect for someone on a gluten-free or keto diet.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground pork
- 1/2 lb. Ground beef
- 1 pk pepperonis
- 1 jar Marinari sauce
- Cheese topping (feta, romano, parmesan, etc.)
Directions
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Apply non-stick to a casserole dish. Lightly brown sausage and beef in a large skillet on the stovetop. HINT: use 1/4 baking soda per 12 oz. of beef to retain water and provide better color.
- Step 2 Layer the casserole dish as you would a lasagna: beef mixture, marinara, pepperoni, cheese(s) repeat
- Step 3 Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 20 minutes or until cheese has a nice brown color
