Iced Coffee With a Twist

Kristen Alford, JP’s resident mixologist, developed this Iced Coffee With a Twist for the Pantry. It has all the right qualities: coffee, rum, and simplicity with a hint of the islands. The coconut milk blends nicely with the rum and the coffee and the garnish is is a delicate finishing touch. I used Buccaneer’s Brew for mine, as I love the smooth, dark roasted beans. Cheers!
