Hello, friends and neighbors. Wow, it’s been a long time since I posted anything. Sorry about that, I’ve been commercial shrimping in South Florida as well as finishing up the JP productions cookbook, The Sea Cook. Anyhow, I am home for a while and I have some wonderful recipes to share with you. I have been quite busy on the kitchen lately making beer can chicken, Asian chicken lollipops, simple shrimp marinade, and many others. Stay tuned throughout the week for these recipes.
I am excited about the cookbook. We are in the editing process now and I hope to publish within a month. It will be sold on Amazon and the JP website.
