Life is a Tire Swing

Good afternoon! I am so happy to announce that JP is back full time! I have made some behind-the-scenes changes and now have a manager to manage the site when I am wandering around. JP is going through some positive changes and I will add new recipes this weekend. I will keep you updated as I progress. As it is national talk like a pirate day, this is a great time to be back with Wicked Jack!

I’ve been wandering around Fort Myers, Florida, lately and man, what a fantastic town! There is a rich history here and, of course, that southern Florida feel. My new favorite restaurant is Marsala’s, an authentic Italian restaurant. The owner, now in his 80’s, still comes to the shop everyday to greet his valuable customers. His food is the best Italian I’ve ever had. I hope to interview him soon on JP. Until then, if you find yourself down south, check out his place.I have also discovered a private flying school and have lofty hopes of getting airborne soon. Why not fly to the Keys and check out the local culinary scene?

Anyhow, thank you for continuing to read the posts while I’ve been offshore. There will be no further delays in the posts as I now have someone to help me. The first JP productions cookbook should be published soon, so stay tuned. As you see, there is no time clock here at the pantry, and I am okay with that. I am so excited to be back in the saddle, if you will, and cannot wait to share recipes again and discover other people’s journeys. Talk to you tomorrow. Life is a tire swing!
